A local IT support practice built around one observation: most small offices in Lahore don't need new computers. They need someone to remove the friction from the ones they already have.
We kept seeing the same pattern across small offices, clinics, and trading shops in Lahore: a perfectly capable computer, slowed down by a cracked Windows copy full of pop-ups, unable to install the latest updates, and treated as “due for replacement” simply because nobody had shown the owner another option.
Linux has quietly powered the servers behind most of the internet for decades. What’s changed is that it’s now just as comfortable for everyday office work — browsing, email, documents, printing — without needing a technical team to maintain it.
Our approach is deliberately unglamorous:
- We don’t oversell Linux as a miracle fix for every business. If your workflow genuinely needs Windows-only software, we’ll tell you plainly.
- We make a full backup image of your drive before changing anything, and we restore from that image if anything ever needs undoing — physically keeping your old Windows drive bootable is available too, as an optional add-on.
- We train in plain Urdu or English, whichever your team prefers, and we leave a printed cheat sheet rather than assuming everyone remembers a one-time demo.
- We answer WhatsApp messages ourselves — no call centre, no ticket numbers.
