How it works
No big surprises, no risk to your data, no "trust us and find out." Here is exactly what happens, in the order it happens, from the first call to your team sitting down at a working Linux machine on Monday morning.

Tell us what your office actually does
Before we visit, we want to understand your setup. How many computers, what software you use each day, what your printers look like, and what would make you nervous about changing anything. You can call, WhatsApp, or just send a short message.
We are not going to try to sell you something you do not need. If anything you tell us sounds like it might be a problem, we say so upfront before booking anything.
Free office checkup
We come to your office and look at everything. Every PC, every printer, every piece of software you depend on. At the end we give you a plain verdict: ready to go, needs some planning, or not the right fit for Linux right now.
If it is not the right fit, we say so here and the conversation ends. No invoice, no awkward follow-up calls. This happens, and we would rather tell you now than do a migration that does not actually help you.
Your entire drive gets cloned first
We do not touch a single file until a complete backup exists. We clone your full drive, not just your documents: settings, email accounts, browser bookmarks, everything. It all goes onto a separate backup disk.
If you ever need a file restored, or want to undo the entire migration, we restore from that image. Usually within an hour.
Linux goes on. Everything comes back.
We do the actual installation outside office hours wherever possible, so your team does not lose a working day. Linux is installed and configured for your specific hardware, printers are connected and tested, Wi-Fi and shared folders come back, and your files are restored into familiar folder names: Documents, Desktop, Downloads.
When your team walks in the next morning, things look familiar. The desktop has icons, a taskbar, and a start menu. The browser is there. The printer works. The transition is quiet by design.
A short training session your team will actually remember
Thirty minutes with your staff. We cover only what they will actually use: opening files, printing, sending email, using WhatsApp Web, and what to click if something looks unfamiliar. In Urdu or English, whichever your team prefers.
Everyone gets a printed one-page cheat sheet at their desk. Common tasks, written plainly. No manual to read, no video to watch later.
We stay reachable
For the first month after setup, WhatsApp support is included in your setup price. Same-day responses during business hours. If something is not working, send us a message and we sort it out.
After that, our monthly care plan (from Rs 1,500 per month) keeps updates running and gives you someone to call. No contract; stop whenever you like. Or pay per issue if you prefer.
Done over a weekend. Ready for Monday.
For a small office of 2 to 8 PCs, this is how a typical migration runs from first contact to fully operational.
Before and after, in plain terms
Before
- ✗PC takes 4 to 8 minutes to start
- ✗Cracked Windows with watermark and pop-ups
- ✗Security updates stopped months or years ago
- ✗Antivirus downloaded from some random site
- ✗One bad USB drive away from losing everything
- ✗Told you need to buy five new computers
After
- Boots in 15 to 20 seconds. Same hardware.
- Genuine, legal, fully updated software. Free forever.
- Security patches keep coming, automatically.
- Real antivirus built in, nothing to download.
- Full backup on a separate disk before we touched anything.
- Your existing PCs run for 3 to 5 more years.
