We look at your computers, software, printers and internet setup, and give you a plain-language verdict — Linux-ready, partially ready, or not a fit yet. No cost, no obligation.
Windows-to-Linux migration
We clone your entire drive to a separate backup disk before installing anything, then set up Linux on your machine. Nothing is ever deleted without a restorable backup existing first — and if you'd like your old Windows drive kept physically bootable as a fallback too, that's available as an add-on.
Printer, scanner & network setup
We connect your existing printers and scanners, shared folders, and office Wi-Fi or LAN — tested in front of you before we leave.
Office software & email setup
Free office suite that opens and saves Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, plus your email, WhatsApp Web, and any web-based tools your business already uses.
Staff training, the short version
A 30-minute, jargon-free walkthrough for your team, plus a printed one-page cheat sheet for common tasks. We also answer "how do I…" questions for a month after setup.
Monthly care & remote support
Ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and onboarding for new staff — handled remotely in minutes. Billed monthly with no contract, so you can stop anytime; pay yearly upfront instead if you'd rather, for a discount.
How your backup actually works
Standard with every migration: we clone your entire drive to a separate disk before changing anything on your PC. If you ever need a file back, or want to undo the migration entirely, we restore from that backup — usually within an hour.
If you'd like extra peace of mind — being able to physically switch back to your old Windows setup yourself, instantly, without calling us — we can add a second drive to your PC and leave Windows installed and bootable on it. This is a paid add-on (most desktops support it; some laptops don't have a free drive bay, which we'll check during the free checkup).
What we deliberately don't do
We won't migrate a business that genuinely depends on Windows-only software with no good alternative — certain specialised accounting, tax-filing, or POS systems, for example. During the free checkup, we'll tell you honestly if that's your situation, and we won't take the job just to take it.
What replaces your old habits
If you currently use a cracked copy of Windows or Office, the replacement isn't "nothing" — it's a free, legal, fully updated alternative that does the same daily tasks: browsing, email, printing, documents, and spreadsheets, without the risk of malware, data loss, or a sudden "this copy is not genuine" lockout.
